When can evaluation sample costs be credited?
Eligible evaluation sample costs may be credited toward your first qualifying VBTea wholesale order placed within 60 days of sample receipt. The qualifying order must have a product subtotal of at least USD 500. Once the wholesale order amount is confirmed, VBTea will calculate the credit under this policy. The credit will appear in the final quotation or invoice and will not be refunded separately. The credit is capped at the five highest-value evaluation samples and may not exceed 5% of the wholesale product subtotal. Shipping, duties, taxes, customs fees, and non-eligible items are not creditable.

No. US$8.00 is the price of a 25 g paid evaluation sample. Wholesale pricing is confirmed separately by quotation. Key price factors: Grade, harvest, packaging, quantity, destination, and order date.
