Returns & Claims Policy
Food product limits
Tea samples are food products prepared for business evaluation. VBTea generally does not accept change-of-mind returns. Opened, tasted, repacked, contaminated, buyer-handled, or improperly stored samples cannot be returned.
Eligible claims
Report a wrong item, missing item, visible transit damage, or a materially not-as-described sample within 7 days of delivery, with the order number and relevant photos. After review, VBTea may offer replacement, partial refund, sample credit, invoice credit, or another reasonable remedy.
