Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before payment
You may edit or abandon the cart at any time before payment.
After payment
Contact VBTea promptly. If preparation has started, cancellation may require review. If VBTea cannot fulfill a paid sample order, the paid order amount will be refunded.
Sample credit
Eligible evaluation sample value may be credited toward the first qualifying wholesale order within 60 days. Eligibility and the credited amount are confirmed in the wholesale quotation. Shipping, duties, taxes, customs costs, and non-eligible items are not creditable.
