VBTea processes contact, company, address, cart, order, payment status, fulfillment, account, security, and communication data needed to provide samples, quotations, support, and account features.
Service providers
Data may be shared only with providers needed to operate the service, including payment, email, Cloudflare hosting and security, logistics, legal, compliance, and accounting providers. VBTea does not store card details.
Retention and rights
Order and transaction records are retained as required for accounting, compliance, fulfillment, disputes, and security. Contact sales@vbtea.com to request access or correction where applicable.
